This page explains what data the MyDash Chrome extension handles and how. MyDash is developed by Gelişim Apps.
1. Where your data is stored
MyDash does not send your data to its own servers. Your settings, notes, reminders, tasks and saved tab lists are stored only on your device, in Chrome's extension storage (chrome.storage.local). This data cannot be read by websites or other extensions, is never collected by the developer, and is removed when you uninstall the extension.
If you turn on the optional "Sync across devices" feature, only small preferences (language, display name, theme) are written to your own Google account's chrome.storage.sync, which is Google's infrastructure, not ours.
MyDash also keeps a simple local counter of how many new tabs you have opened. It is used only to decide when to show a one-time, optional request to review MyDash on the Chrome Web Store, and it never leaves your device.
Optional browser permissions
Calendar link (ICS): access to calendar.google.com, outlook.live.com, outlook.office365.com, outlook.office.com and *.icloud.com is requested only when you paste a calendar address; Chrome asks you first and the address is used solely to read your events.
Bookmarks, most visited sites and recently closed tabs are not requested at install. Chrome asks for each of them only when you turn on the related feature (bookmarks bar, most visited sites, recently closed tabs). This data is read and shown locally on your new tab page and is never sent anywhere. You can revoke these permissions at any time in Chrome's extension settings.
2. Third-party services
Some features talk directly to public APIs. The developer never sits in between; your browser connects to them directly, and each service's own privacy policy applies.

Google user data. MyDash's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. MyDash asks for read-only access to your Google Calendar solely to show your events in the dashboard. Calendar data is processed in your browser only; it is never sent to the developer or to any third party, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. Passwords and sensitive data
Your settings password is stored as an irreversible SHA-256 hash, not as plain text. Information you enter in the "Private File" feature is stored on your device without encryption, so please do not put bank details or critical passwords there. API keys you enter stay on your device and are sent only to the matching official service.
4. Pro license check
When you activate Pro, your license key and a random device ID are sent to the developer's server to verify the key. No email, name or other personal data is included. The device ID is generated randomly on the first license check and is used only to count how many devices use a key; it is not derived from your hardware or identity. Choosing "Sign out of this device" deletes that record from the server. Payment and purchase email are handled by the payment provider (Gumroad) under its own privacy policy.
5. Install notice
When the extension is installed for the first time, a one-time anonymous “installed” notice is sent to the developer’s server. It contains only the extension version and the browser language and time zone (e.g. Europe/Istanbul) — no name, email, device ID or browsing data. It is not sent again on updates or later use.
6. Uninstall survey
If you uninstall MyDash, Chrome opens a short, optional feedback page on the developer’s server. Its address contains only the interface language and the extension version. If you choose to answer, only the reason you select and any comment you type are stored, together with the date, language and version — no name, email, device ID or license key. Answers are used only to improve MyDash and are never shared or sold.
7. Support form
If you use the in-app “Send feedback” form (or the support form on our website), the name (optional), email address and message you type are sent to the developer’s server so we can read and answer you. The message also carries the MyDash version, the Chrome version and the interface language to help us fix problems. Nothing is sent unless you press “Send”; no browsing data, notes, tasks or license key are included. Your email is used only to reply to you, is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and is never shared or sold. If you prefer, you can also write to us by email at the address below.

1. Veriler nerede saklanır

Google kullanıcı verisi. MyDash, Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanırken ve aktarırken Sınırlı Kullanım gereklilikleri dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uyar. 3. Şifreler ve hassas veriler

"Özel Dosya"ya girdiğin bilgiler cihazında şifrelenmeden tutulur; gerçek banka bilgisi ya da kritik şifreleri buraya girmemeni öneririz. Girdiğin API anahtarları cihazında kalır ve yalnızca ilgili resmi servise gönderilir.
4. Pro lisans kontrolü
Pro'yu etkinleştirdiğinde lisans anahtarın ve rastgele bir cihaz kimliği, anahtarı doğrulamak için geliştiricinin sunucusuna gönderilir. E-posta, isim ya da başka kişisel veri gönderilmez. Cihaz kimliği ilk lisans kontrolünde rastgele üretilir ve yalnızca bir anahtarın kaç cihazda kullanıldığını saymaya yarar; donanımından ya da kimliğinden türetilmez. "Bu cihazdan çıkış" dediğinde bu kayıt sunucudan silinir. Ödeme ve satın alma e-postası, ödeme sağlayıcısının (Gumroad) kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamındadır.
5. Kurulum bildirimi
Uzantı ilk kez kurulduğunda geliştiricinin sunucusuna tek seferlik, anonim bir “kuruldu” bildirimi gider. İçinde yalnızca uzantının sürümü ve tarayıcının dili vardır; ad, e-posta, cihaz kimliği ya da gezinme bilgisi yoktur. Güncellemelerde ve sonraki kullanımda tekrar gönderilmez.
6. Kaldırma anketi
MyDash'i kaldırırsan Chrome, geliştiricinin sunucusunda kısa ve isteğe bağlı bir geri bildirim sayfası açar. Bu sayfanın adresinde yalnızca arayüz dili ve uzantı sürümü bulunur. Cevap vermeyi seçersen yalnızca seçtiğin neden ve yazdığın yorum; tarih, dil ve sürümle birlikte saklanır. Ad, e-posta, cihaz kimliği ya da lisans anahtarı saklanmaz. Cevaplar yalnızca MyDash'i geliştirmek için kullanılır, kimseyle paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz.
7. Destek formu
Uygulama içindeki “Geri bildirim gönder” formunu (ya da web sitemizdeki destek formunu) kullanırsan yazdığın ad (isteğe bağlı), e-posta adresi ve mesaj, sana yanıt verebilmemiz için geliştiricinin sunucusuna gönderilir. Sorunları çözmemize yardımcı olması için mesajla birlikte MyDash sürümü, Chrome sürümü ve arayüz dili de gider. “Gönder”e basmadıkça hiçbir şey gönderilmez; gezinme verisi, notlar, görevler ya da lisans anahtarı gönderilmez. E-posta adresin yalnızca sana yanıt vermek için kullanılır, talebin çözülmesi için gereken süre kadar saklanır, kimseyle paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz.
